About Selah
Selah Cohen has experience in the fields of art, education, media, ministry, missions, the performing arts, and is a published writer. When a retinal disease began to steal her sight, she learned that God created our senses to be an integral part of our personal and worship relationship with Him. She realized the senses can help us take in and retain more information about Him through His creation. She pleaded with God to move this personal mountain out of her way. He healed her miraculously and introduced her to the next part of her journey. Selah purposes to collaborate with Elohim (Creator) using a multimedia, multisensory approach to do three things: enrich the study of His Word, enhance the worship of His Person, and encourage creatives for His purposes. Selah is an artist, creative director, singer, speaker, and writer who volunteers her time in these areas as a living offering to Him.

From Nearly Blind to New Vision
Selah shares her personal testimony about how God began to heal a retinal disease which threatened her sight. Through this miraculous experience, God moved Selah from human perception into a heavenly perspective, and gave her the vision for an ancient-yet-new approach to strengthen our walk with Elohim, our Creator. She compares her own journey to the challenges we all face, and encourages the audience to pursue God's calling on their lives.
The History and Adventure of Sensory Experience
Selah explores the origin of creativity and the senses from a Biblical perspective. Why did God create us as sensory beings and fill the galaxies with creativity? Selah shares some basic ideas to try in the form of the written word, art, and group activities to help encourage creatives to trust Elohim, collaborate with Him, and let Him fan their creative spark into an exciting flame.
“Selah always conducted herself with grace, poise and professionalism. I found her to be creative and willing to tackle large projects. She got the job done with grace and results.“ -Rev. Dana Bryan, Senior Pastor, Center City Chapel
