The Shema (Hear O Israel- found in Deuteronomy 6), Amidah, and other prayers will enrich your prayer life. www.stbm.org They are especially powerful when you pray them at 9 a.m., 12 p.m., and 3 p.m. Also, the Shabbat (Sabbath) prayers for Friday evening are a great way to enter into His rest and begin the new week.
